3. Quotations & Payments
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Payment terms — advance, milestones, final settlement — as agreed
- Services commence upon advance payment confirmation
- Late payments may pause ongoing work
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing
- Refunds for unstarted work will be processed within 15 business days
- Custom development work is non-refundable once development has begun
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses) are non-refundable
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback
- Provide necessary access and credentials for development
- Delays in providing materials may affect timelines
- Client is responsible for the accuracy of content provided
6. Intellectual Property
- Final delivered work ownership transfers upon full payment
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing
- Third-party assets (plugins, themes, images) remain under their respective licenses
- Source code ownership is discussed and agreed in project proposals
7. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party platforms such as payment gateways, hosting, domain registrars, and government portals. We facilitate but are not responsible for third-party policies, outages, or actions. Client is responsible for recurring third-party subscription costs.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including business plans, pricing, client data, and technical details. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Services are provided with reasonable skill and care
- No guarantee of specific business outcomes (revenue, rankings, conversions)
- Website/app performance depends on factors beyond our control (hosting, user devices, internet)
- We are not liable for data loss caused by client negligence or third-party actions
10. Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- Not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, internet outages, and cyber attacks. The affected party must notify the other within 7 days.
12. Dispute Resolution
- First: amicable negotiation within 30 days
- Second: mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Final: arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Seat of arbitration: Karimnagar, Telangana
- Governing law: Laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Karimnagar, Telangana
13. Acceptable Use
